Babe’s Lil’ Sis has returned to training with Juan Padilla hoping to return to racing possibly at Blue Ribbon Downs
After moving to Will Rogers Downs in Claremore, Oklahoma, Babe’s Lil’ Sis went postward in five and a half furlong maiden event. After trailing the field for most of the March 3rd race, she improved her position to finish sixth and collect a $60 check.
In her most recent outing in Houston, a one mile maiden special weight, Babe’s Lil’ Sis raced three-wide at one point and never threatened. She finished seventh in the December 30 race.
Babe’s Lil’ Sis and stablemates moved south to Sam Houston, where she ran in a six furlong test on December 20. Saving ground and running evenly throughout, she finished eighth under Bryan McNeil. Stretching out to a mile and 70 yards, Babe’s Lil’ Sis ran a good third of 11 horses on November 11 at Remington. She deposited $1653 for the performance.
Boxed inside for most of the going, Babe’s Lil’ Sis finished ninth in a five and a half panel event on October 19. The effort at Remington Park was worth $70.
