Ron Blalock, owner of High Hopes Thoroughbreds is a 20-year veteran of Thoroughbred racing and a respected horseman in the Sooner State. Ron sits on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association and was just elected for the second term.
